We offer a variety of yoga & mat Pilates classes- ranging from yoga sculpt, vinyasa flow, yin, pilates flow, pilates sculpt, and soundbaths, all under the Red Lights. We also provide Infrared Sauna & Cold Plunge therapy sessions. A studio designed to help you move, sweat, and recover all in one.

Red light therapy is a safe, non-invasive treatment that uses low-level light to support recovery, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall wellness—without UV exposure or damage to the skin. When used as directed, it’s a gentle and effective way to promote healthier skin, faster muscle recovery, and increased energy. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are taking medications that increase light sensitivity. 

Please come to class dressed in fitness athletic wear. Glō Active does not require grip socks for the floor mat workouts. Shoes are not permissible in the studio room.

Nudity is not allowed for either the sauna or cold therapy sessions. For the cold plunge, please come dressed in proper bathing suit attire. For the sauna, a bathing suit or active wear is permissible. Shoes are not permissible in either the sauna or cold plunge.

This is not a heated studio. The red lights do exude heat, but not equivalent to a heated studio. The room temperature max is around 85 degrees fahrenheit. You are welcome to bring a sweat towel or a grip towel for your mat.

You are welcome to bring your own mat. We also provide them at the studio for rent, along with sweat towels for rent. 

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own towel for the sauna / cold plunge. We do provide those for rent as well if you need one in the studio.

There is plenty of residential parking on the side streets of Venice & Moore, as well as parking on Venice Blvd.

Glo Active has a 12 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations can be made through the booking platform. If you cancel before the 12 hour window, there is no penalty and any eligible credits will return to your account. If you cancel within the 12 hour window, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of the full class or appointment price. Class cancellations are $38 fee; A single or cold plunge cancellation fee is $22. A Sauna / CP combo session cancellation fee is $35. 

If you are a no show to your class or appointment session, you will be charged a no-show fee of the full class or appointment price.

It is the responsibility of the client to notify the instructor of any alignments or injuries that apply. While we do our best to accommodate or modify moves for injuries, please note that our instructors are not medical professionals or physical therapists. Our instructors reserve the right to restrict a client from taking particular class formats if it might impact their safety.

All classes, class packs, and memberships are final sale. In addition, all merchandise sales are final sale. Glo Active is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe you left something behind at the studio, please call, text, or email us directly.

At this time, we do not have prenatal or postnatal specific classes. Please consult with your doctor before taking any classes. While our instructors can provide modifications, it is up to the client to consult with their medical practitioner first.
