Ground and restore yourself with Yin. Settle into meditative stretches that open the body and quiet the mind. Each posture is held for 3–5 minutes to encourage deep release and mindful awareness. Finish with a grounding Savasana and leave feeling balanced, restored, and recharged.

Mat Pilates Flow is a signature dynamic, full-body class that blends classic Pilates principles with smooth, intentional movement. You’ll move through controlled sequences that strengthen the core, improve posture, and build balanced, functional strength.
