PILATES SCULPT

YIN

Ground and restore yourself with Yin. Settle into meditative stretches that open the body and quiet the mind. Each posture is held for 3–5 minutes to encourage deep release and mindful awareness. Finish with a grounding Savasana and leave feeling balanced, restored, and recharged.

PILATES FLOW

Mat Pilates Flow is a signature dynamic, full-body class that blends classic Pilates principles with smooth, intentional movement. IR SAUNA

Ignite your flow with our signature class. Rooted in the philosophy and structure of Ashtanga Yoga, this intermediate Vinyasa flow blends creative sequencing with foundational postures. Move through sequences and finish strong with empowering holds, grounding stretches and a satisfying Savasana.
